CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

At Herff Jones, nothing is more important to us than the safety of our employees, partners and customers. We continue to monitor COVID-19 and any potential impacts on our business and service to our customers as well as make decisions based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local and national health officials.

CURRENT STATE

We understand that this is a fluid situation and we have a dedicated response team working around the clock to make sure that we keep our employees, partners and customers updated.

PRODUCTION

• The majority of Herff Jones production is done in the U.S. At this time, we are not aware of any disruptions that would hinder our ability to operate or deliver this graduation season and operations will continue as normal.

EVENTS

• Event/Ceremony Postponements or Cancellations – As you learn more about your school’s circumstances regarding any impacts of the coronavirus, Herff Jones will be there to help you find solutions to best honor and commemorate your students’ achievements.

• Virtual Graduation – Herff Jones, in collaboration with StageClip and MarchingOrder, is pleased to announce a virtual graduation solution that provides high schools, colleges and universities a proven, easy-to-implement platform to celebrate your graduates’ achievements.

• Similarly, with initiations and chapter postponements as well as chapter closings, our Greek division team will assist with chapter badge fulfillment.
