Need to return your order?*
For USED Rental Gown Returns / Return After Ceremony:
Herff Jones offers a 7-day return window after the event. A prepaid shipping label and instructions are provided to the student with the
rental gown, which can be found by visiting Herff Jones Rental Return.
For UNUSED Rental Gown Returns
An UNUSED rental gown can be returned for credit if the return package is postmarked PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY DATE and in new
condition (less shipping costs if a shipping label is provided by Herff Jones). Information is available by visiting herffjones.com/contactus or calling 800-837-4235.
*Failure to return will result in the following additional fees billed to you: $100 for Bachelors, $150 for Masters and $200 for Doctorate gowns.
