Need to return your order?
For UNUSED Keeper Gown Returns
Under some circumstances, the gown, hood and cap (all in unused condition) may be returned for credit, less shipping costs if a shipping
label is provided by Herff Jones to the student. Students may also choose to ship their unused product back to Herff Jones with the carrier of their choice. If the return package is postmarked prior to the ceremony date (and in some instances, this may be after the ceremony date) and
in new condition, a credit is typically processed within two weeks after it is received at the Herff Jones Arcola, Illinois, facility.
Returns should be addressed to the Herff Jones Keeper Gown receiving location with a carrier of choice, if a label is not provided. Students are encouraged to include a copy of their order in the package, obtain tracking information and ship to:
