Herff Jones and Indy Economic Development Announce Significant New Investment in Local Economy
Project Demonstrates Company’s Commitment to City of Indianapolis with 40 New Jobs
INDIANAPOLIS — Herff Jones, the nation’s leading provider of handcrafted graduation and educational products and services, in partnership with Indy Economic Development, today announced a significant new project in its hometown, reinforcing its 105-year legacy with a forecasted $8 million investment and the creation of 40 new jobs. This expansion will include a new, state-of-the-art distribution facility, investment in advanced printing technology, and major upgrades to its headquarters on the city’s west side.
As part of this commitment, Herff Jones is modernizing its office space and technology infrastructure to support a more collaborative and connected work environment, aligned with the company’s upcoming Return to Office policy launching in September. These efforts will ensure employees are equipped with the tools, environment, and flexibility needed to support future growth and deliver exceptional service to customers.
