HERFF JONES STRENGTHENS SALES TEAM WITH NEW LEADERS
Herff Jones appoints Kyle Dunn and Tony Snyder as a commitment to investing in talent across key functions.
INDIANAPOLIS – Herff Jones, the achievement division of Varsity Brands and a leading provider of graduation and educational products and services, is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Dunn as Senior Vice President of Sales and Tony Snyder as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations.
Dunn brings more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience to Herff Jones. After beginning his career with Fidelity Investments, Dunn joined Dell in 1998 and served in leadership roles in customer care, operations, finance, and sales. Most recently, Dunn served as the Worldwide General Manager for Dell’s Global Outlet business. He graduated from Abilene Christian University and holds an MBA from the University of Texas-Arlington.

Snyder is a strategic leader with proven success in building sales and distribution capabilities for firms ranging from early-stage businesses to Fortune 500 organizations in a state of transition and looking to accelerate growth. He joined Herff Jones from CHUBB Insurance Co, serving as the Vice President of Sales Operations. Snyder attended Columbia Business School and holds an MBA in Finance and Economics. He is a graduate of Mount St. Joseph University.

Dunn and Snyder will report to Herff Jones’ Chief Revenue Officer, David Rodriguez. Dunn will lead sales efforts, responsible for aligning and enhancing sales strategies and managing business activities and goals. Snyder will be responsible for evolving a unified sales operations organization to serve the Herff Jones sales team and help scale the growing sales organization.
