How will my pin be delivered?
Each school determines the appropriate delivery method. Some schools provide pins at an official pinning ceremony while others distribute in another manner. Please contact your local Sales Representative to find out the delivery information for your school.
Can I make a change to my order?
Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.837.4235. Changes to an order can be made within three business days (72 hours) of purchase.
Can my pin be engraved?
Yes, you may have up to three initials and year of graduation engraved free of charge. Please contact Customer Service for additional assistance.
What is the order cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled within three business days of order submission by contacting customer service.
What is your warranty policy?
All Herff Jones graduation products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. Defective product must be returned within 30 days of ship date for replacement or full credit. If you should note any concerns in product quality or workmanship, please contact customer service at 1.800.837.4235 for assistance.
