Why did my announcement come with two envelopes?

Two (2) envelopes (inner and outer) are used to formally mail graduation announcements. For more College Announcement Etiquette, please click here. For High School Announcement Etiquette, please click here.

Am I able to order the paper stock, design and print my own announcements?

Herff Jones is your official school provider. This means that your school’s crest or logo have been custom-designed and printed exclusively for your school. Custom announcements cannot be replicated or purchased from anyone else.


HIGH SCHOOL

When will my product be delivered?

Graduation products (announcements, thank you notes, senior apparel) are delivered by your rep at your school. Please contact your local rep to see when he will be on your school’s campus.

COLLEGE

When will my product be delivered?

Standard order time is 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Once the order ships, a shipment confirmation email, along with the tracking number, is sent to the email address provided. Standard orders are shipped via UPS.

Rush order time is about 1 week for manufacturing and delivery, although seasonal demands may affect this timing. Rush delivery is 1 business day. Rush orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping for APO/FPO, U.S, territories and international is an additional 1-2 weeks. Rush (next-day shipping) is available for U.S. shipments only.

My graduation announcement order is incorrect/damaged/missing items. What do I do to have my problem corrected?

What is your warranty policy?

All Herff Jones graduation products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. Defective product must be returned within 30 days of ship date for replacement or full credit. If you should note any concerns in product quality or workmanship, please contact customer service at 1.800.837.4235 for assistance.

What is your return policy?

Any product returned for reasons unrelated to a quality defects or Herff Jones error will be assessed a 10% return fee, less shipping and handling. All product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of ship date. Customer is responsible for any postal or shipping charges incurred when returning the product to Herff Jones. Can I make changes to the announcement text?

Personalization, other than what is shown during the text proofing process, will be assessed an additional fee. Please contact customer service at 1.800.837.4235 for available options.
