Why did my announcement come with two envelopes?

Can I order the paper stock and design then print my own announcements?

Since Herff Jones is your official school provider, your school’s crest or logo has been custom-designed and printed exclusively for your school on your announcements. Custom announcements cannot be replicated or purchased from anyone else.


When will my product be delivered?

Graduation products (announcements, thank you notes, senior apparel) are delivered by your rep at your school. Please contact your local rep to see when he will be on your school’s campus.

When will my product be delivered?

Delivery time varies based on seasonal demands. Once the order ships, a shipment confirmation email, along with the tracking number, is sent to the email address provided. Standard orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping for APO/FPO, U.S, territories and international is an additional 1-2 weeks and varies based on seasonal demands.

My graduation announcement order is incorrect/damaged/missing items. What do I do to have my problem corrected?

What is your warranty policy?

All Herff Jones graduation products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. Defective product must be returned within 30 days of ship date for replacement or full credit. If you should note any concerns in product quality or workmanship, please contact customer service at 1.800.837.4235 for assistance.

What is your return policy?

Any product returned for reasons unrelated to a quality defect or Herff Jones error will be assessed a 10% return fee, less shipping and handling. All product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of ship date. Customer is responsible for any postal or shipping charges incurred when returning the product to Herff Jones. Can I make changes to the graduation announcement text?

If you wish to personalize your graduation announcement text, other than what is shown during the text proofing process, you will have to pay an additional fee. Please contact customer service at 1.800.837.4235 for available options.
