Promotional codes are provided to our email list subscribers as well as our Facebook and Twitter fans and followers. Links to sign up for these offers can be found on the right below the shopping cart icon. Subscribers to our email list will not receive more than 2 emails per month.

How will my ring ship?

The shipping method used will depend on how you paid for your order. All rings will ship via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Rings paid in full will ship UPS including payment plan orders. Rings with a balance due will ship USPS. Any order shipping to a Post Office Box address will be sent via USPS.

Does the Herff Jones Lifetime Warranty cover loss or theft?

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of a Herff Jones ring.

Can I make a change to my order?

After 72 hours changes can be made for a $25 change fee. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 837-4235.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 72 hours from the time you placed your order to cancel. After that time, there will be a $50.00 fee for canceled orders. Payment plans orders will be assessed an additional $40.00 processing fee.

What is the difference between 10K, 14K and 18K gold?

The difference between 10K, 14K and 18K gold is the percentage of “pure gold” in your ring.
24K = Pure Gold
18K = 75%
14K = 58.33%
10K = 41.67 %

What is White Ultrium?

White Ultrium is a fine jeweler’s stainless alloy and is very resistant to scratches Ultrium is only available with antique finish.

Can I order Sterling or Platinum?

Herff Jones does not offer sterling or platinum for college rings.

What is the difference between antique finish and natural finish?

Antique finish is a black finish in the background of your ring that allows fine detail to be more visible. Antique finish is available on all white gold, yellow gold and Ultrium quality rings. Natural finish is an all gold finish, available only on white or yellow gold rings.

How do I know what stone to choose? Do I choose my school color, birthstone, etc.?

In most cases the stone you choose is a matter of your personal preference, based on availability.
