How do I order my regalia?

What if the date and time is incorrect on the site?

How long will it take for me to receive my regalia?

  • Online cap and gown orders – Your order will be shipped normally within 3 weeks of ordering.
  • Orders placed with a Sales Professional or Bookstore Representative - Please contact your University Bookstore or your Sales Professional for information on when and where you should pick up your cap & gown.

How do I check the status of my cap & gown order?

How do I locate the Sales Professional for my school?

You can locate a local Sales Professional by clicking on this Sales Professional search link. Select the state, city and school name to complete the search.

Can I have my cap and gown delivered to my home?

Please contact the Sales Professional in your area for information on home shipping availability.

Can I make changes to my order?

  • Online cap and gown orders - Once you receive a confirmation email that lets you know you order has been received, you can hit reply to request a change. However, once your order has completed in manufacturing no changes or cancellations can be made. When you email a request for a change, you will receive a response which clarifies whether or not the request can be completed.
  • Orders placed with a Sales Professional or Bookstore Representative - Please contact your University Bookstore or your Sales Professional for information on how to make changes to your order.

My cap/gown doesn’t fit. What do I do to get another one?

  • Online cap and gown orders - If you placed your order online, no changes can be made once your order has shipped. Once you receive the shipment, you may return the original order within 7 days to request a refund and then place a replacement order for the correct sizing.
  • Orders placed with a Sales Professional or Bookstore Representative - Please contact your University Bookstore or your Sales Professional for information on how to make exchanges.

What is your return policy for Cap and Gown orders?

  • Online cap and gown orders - All unused gowns, hoods, and caps may be returned for full credit within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Any merchandise received after the 7 day timeframe will not receive credit. Please return your gown with a note including your name and university via an insured and traceable method to:

Do you offer alteration service for ClassKeeper regalia?

No, we do not offer alterations on standard Keeper regalia. You must place a new cap and gown order if you would like anything different.

I didn’t turn my rental gown in at my graduation ceremony. What do I do?

Please check with your university bookstore or Graduation Coordinator to see if extended drop off times and locations are offered. If additional options are not available, please return your gown with a note including your name and university to:

Do I get to keep the tassel that came with my regalia?

Yes, you may keep your tassel as a souvenir.

How do I know if my gown is a keeper or a rental?

The bag that your gown comes in will indicate whether it is a keeper or rental gown. You may also contact your College Bookstore or your Sales Professional for information.

Can I purchase my rental regalia?

Please contact the Sales Professional in your area for information on purchasing a cap and gown.

Why is there a rush charge on caps and gowns 40 days prior to the graduation?

The manufacturing facility must have all orders 35 days prior to the requested delivery date and not the ceremony date to ensure enough time to complete the order and be able to correct any problems that may arise. Orders received after that cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time.

Why do you charge tax online?

All orders are subject to state and city tax as required by law due to our Company's business presence in all 50 U.S. states.
